The Perspective
WHY THIS MODEL EXISTS
Traditional consulting and advisory services often rely on rigid pricing structures that place meaningful support out of reach for many capable people.
Talent, leadership ability, entrepreneurial vision, and real-world expertise exist in every financial season of life.
The Perspective
THE PHILOSOPHY
The NYOP Access Model™ is not just about pricing. It is about reducing friction between capable people and the strategic guidance they need to build momentum.
The purpose of the model is not to discount the work. The purpose is to increase access to meaningful strategic guidance.
The Framework
Momentum Advisory is offered as a focused 60-day strategic advisory engagement designed to yield high-impact clarity and forward movement.
Advisory Sessions
One private 60–75 minute advisory session every other week, totaling four sessions over the engagement period.
Advisory Focus
Guided work around clarity, structure, implementation, and long-term strategic positioning.
Operational Insight
Access to real-world operational and leadership insight across entrepreneurship, business growth, systems thinking, and strategic development.
Strategic Interstitials
Direct strategic support and communication between sessions to ensure continuous momentum and barrier removal.
Cycle Length
A focused 60-day sprint cycle, designed to catalyze movement without the friction of long-term lock-ins.
The Investment Structure
Traditional private advisory engagements with Ryan Cobbins are typically structured as higher-touch 90-day partnerships beginning at $6,500. The NYOP Access Model™ is intentionally different.
Rather than fixed pricing, clients choose an investment amount that reflects: the value of the engagement, their current financial season, their level of commitment, their goals and stage of growth, and their capacity to invest in meaningful support.
Typical Engagement Range
$500 — $2,500
Depending on circumstances, goals, and desired level of engagement.
The Perspective
THE RATIONALE
The NYOP Access Model™ exists to bridge the gap between capable people and meaningful strategic guidance. It is designed for those moments when traditional pricing models create friction or unnecessary delay in progress.
Why this model matters
What this model protects
Many entrepreneurs and professionals find themselves in seasons where cash flow, timing, or competing responsibilities make traditional significant advisory investments difficult to access upfront.
The model is intentionally designed to protect the integrity of the work and the profound value of strategic guidance. It honors the professional expertise provided while meeting the client where they are.
Despite these seasonal constraints, the need for clarity, structure, and strategic support often remains high. This model ensures that vision isn't sidelined by the limitations of traditional fee schedules.
By prioritizing the dignity of the client and the mission of Moment Advisory, we create a flexible, honorable path into a high-level partnership that supports long-term growth.
The Expectation
BUILT ON TRUST, NOT PRESSURE
This model is built on trust, accountability, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to meaningful growth.
It is not for people looking for shortcuts, passive motivation, or someone else to build their business for them.
The Future
AFTER THE INITIAL 60 DAYS
Move Forward Independently
After the initial 60-day engagement, some clients choose to move forward on their own with renewed clarity, structure, and momentum.
Continue the Work Together
Others may continue with ongoing monthly advisory support, deeper strategic engagements, premium advisory partnerships, or expanded Momentum Method™ work, depending on their goals, capacity, and season of growth.
The Significance
WHY THIS MATTERS
Many capable people stay stuck not because they lack intelligence, talent, or work ethic, but because they lack clarity, structure, accountability, strategic guidance, or access to meaningful support.
Sometimes the difference between staying stuck and building momentum is not potential. It’s guidance.
